BARBARA EDDINGTON

Barbara Eddington serves as Executive Managing Director at Helmsley Spear with a focus on Tenant Representation.
Ms. Eddington is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate field, specializing in tenant representation. She is highly regarded by her colleagues and the many tenants whom she has represented over the years.
Prior to joining Helmsley Spear, Ms. Eddington was a Senior Agent at MHP who represented tenants in addition to leasing commercial properties owned and managed by MHP. Ms. Eddington acted as exclusive leasing agent for notable buildings such as 145 West 45th Street in the heart of the entertainment district and 12 East 41st Street, known as The Real Estate Board Building.
Ms. Eddington began her real estate career as a commercial real estate leasing agent with Cross & Brown. Ms. Eddington has received recognition in The Real Deal and The Commercial Observer for her outstanding performance in tenant representation.
Ms. Eddington is an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York, and member of the Grand Central Committee for REBNY. She continues her work on behalf of non-profit organizations including The Authors Guild, The Arthur W. Page Society and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. She was awarded the Real Estate Board’s Certificate of Appreciation for her generous volunteer work in organizations such as the Caring Community and JASPA.
