Juanice Mickles serves as Director of Marketing and Operations at Helmsley Spear, LLC.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Mickles was on the marketing and operations team at Avison Young, supporting the Tri-State Investment Sales team. During her tenure at Avison Young she wore many hats, including producing industry events, hosting CRM training sessions, and creating and managing projects to elevate the TSIS team. Her professional experience also includes facilities management, hospitality, and media advertising.

Ms. Mickles earned a Bachelor of Arts in business and management degree from Berkeley College.

Juanice is a Board Member of NAIOP NYC Metro, and co-chairs the University Challenge Case Competition, under the chapter’s Government Affairs Committee.

In her downtime, she enjoys attending CRE networking events, hosting bird watching walks, and dancing.
