Juanice Mickles serves as Director of Marketing and Operations at Helmsley Spear, LLC.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Mickles was on the marketing and operations team at Avison Young, supporting the Tri-State Investment Sales division. At Helmsley Spear, Juanice wears many hats, including office management, HR functions, graphic design, and technology training. Ms. Mickles has a keen eye for elevating her team and the organization. She is both a workplace experience champion and a project strategist. Her previous professional experience includes facilities management, hospitality, and media account management.

Ms. Mickles earned a Bachelor of Arts in business and management from Berkeley College.

Juanice is a Board Member of NAIOP NYC Metro, and co-chairs the University Challenge Case Competition, under the chapter’s Government Affairs Committee. She is also an active member of YREPNY, supporting early career CRE professionals.
