Juanice Mickles serves as Director of Marketing and Office Operations at Helmsley Spear, LLC.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Mickles was on the marketing and operations team at Avison Young, supporting the Tri-State Investment Sales team. During her tenure at Avison Young she wore many hats, including producing industry events, hosting CRM training sessions, and creating and managing projects to elevate the TSIS team. Her professional experience also includes facilities management, hospitality, and film advertising as a media buyer.

Ms. Mickles earned a BA degree in business from Berkeley College.

In her downtime, she enjoys being an active member of NAIOP, attending networking events, birdwatching in Central Park, and dancing.
