FERNANDO MURILLO

Fernando Murillo serves as an Executive Managing Director at Helmsley Spear. Mr. Murillo’s primary focus is Tenant and Landlord representation. Mr. Murillo has over 30 years of experience in corporate real estate across multiple service platforms, including portfolio solutions, location strategy and transaction management. Mr. Murillo has built relationships spanning over twenty years with tenant occupiers ranging from international companies to real estate developers.
Mr. Murillo began his career at KPMG in New York City. He then worked in commercial real estate at Edward S. Gordon, followed by seven years as Senior Managing Director at Murray Hill Properties. Mr. Murillo joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Vice President in 1999, where he represented many notable clients in lease transactions in the greater New York area such as Xerox, Fiat Chrysler Automobile, Alorica and, Humana. Mr. Murillo built a track record of success as a trusted advisor to both local and international mid-cap clients.
Mr. Murillo graduated from Syracuse University, Whitman School Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems before going on to earn an MBA in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business. He served as Vice Chair of the New York Chapter of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and acted as Board Member of Kiwanis Club of Weston, CT.
Mr. Murillo resides in Weston, CT with, his wife and their daughter.
