Marni Kagan serves as a licensed real estate salesperson with Helmsley Spear, LLC with a focus on retail leasing and tenant representation.

Prior to joining Helmsley Spear, Ms. Kagan practiced law for over a decade first, as an Assistant District Attorney, in Nassau County, and then in private practice at Herrick Feinstein, LLP in their litigation department. At Herrick, Ms. Kagan worked on numerous real estate matters related to property management disputes, broker commission litigation, title insurance coverage, developer disputes, and commercial loan defaults. For over 15 years, Ms. Kagan was also a small business owner in the social and event space. Ms. Kagan is a natural networker and prides herself on her care and responsiveness to her clients' needs.

Ms. Kagan earned her Bachelor of Arts and Languages degree from Georgetown University and is proficient in Italian and French. Ms. Kagan later earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.

Ms. Kagan has been a resident of Manhattan for almost 30 years.
