As the Senior Director of Investment Sales, Ron Lombard brings a unique approach to sales of all types of Investment properties.  Primarily engaging in off-market opportunities throughout the United States, Mr. Lombard’s client list encompasses some of the most prominent corporate and individual Investors that seek opportunities before being offered to the general investment market.

With 32 years of owning and managing his own commercial properties throughout New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and the Carolinas, Mr. Lombard knows and understands the needs of the Investor in determining the right property for their portfolio.  These property types consist of shopping centers, apartment buildings, office buildings, developmental land, stand-alone retail and specialty properties, such as marinas and resort oriented Investments. His client list also extends into the hospitality sector which affords another type of investment opportunity.

The United States is vast and affords investment opportunities not only in core cities but even in secondary markets.  What ever the needs of the investor, Mr. Lombard is poised to match the correct investment criteria to meet his clients needs.

Before joining Helmsley Spear, Mr. Lombard owned Lombard Real Estate Services, LLC, a full service Commercial real estate company.  Prior to that he was a former partner in Lombard Realty Partnership a private equity company and a partner in various companies which were part of the Lombard Group organization based in Waterbury, Connecticut. 

Mr. Lombard is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut, New York and Florida and holds a Master's Degree in Labor Relations from the University of New Haven as well as Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business from Fairfield University.

He resides in Milford Connecticut with his fiancée and their son.
