Zach Fenno serves as Director for Helmsley Spear, LLC focusing on Tenant Representation.

Mr. Fenno began his commercial real estate career with Avison Young, representing not-for-profit organizations such as The Samuel Bronfman Foundation and financial services firms including Hanwha Holdings. Additionally, Mr. Fenno gained experience on the landlord side of office leasing, working with the ownership of 654 Madison Avenue.

Prior to Avison Young, Mr. Fenno began his professional career in the live music industry as a talent agent, organizing arena tours for internationally recognized artists.

Mr. Fenno earned his BA in Political Science and Spanish from Bates College and splits his time between Manhattan and Westchester. He enjoys travel, tennis, and spending time with family.
